Tuna Popping Rod – 7’6” PE Series

Built for long-range casting, our 7’6” Tuna Popping Rods are designed to launch big lures, and apply serious pressure to pelagics on the surface.. 

At 7’6”, these rods give you the casting distance needed to reach breaking fish, while maintaining lifting power and stability under heavy drag. The actions are tuned specifically for popping and stickbait presentations — responsive in the tip for working lures, with strong mid-section and backbone to control powerful runs.

PE6 – Versatile Offshore Power

The PE6 model pairs perfectly with 10k–14k reels, making it an ideal Yellowfin popping rod, but it has landed bluefin up to 200lbs.

It offers the right balance of castability and lifting strength for recreational tuna fishing, while remaining versatile enough to target large cobia and striped bass.  

PE8 – The Rec Bluefin rod

The PE8 is the next step up in backbone and drag capability. Designed for anglers fishing heavier line and higher drags, it’s the perfect rod for Bluefin in the upper end of recreational size and up to 300lbs.
